Hi there

I lodged a ticket previously explaining the following:

My computer needed to be rebuilt and after re-downloading Cyberduck and logging in with the account credentials, we were suddenly being asked for donation key. This meant we were unable to upload and an "unregistered" message appeared in top right hand corner of Cyberduck. This issue was not resolved.

Now when I try to login to Cyberduck its crashing every time. See attached screenshot.

This is preventing our organisation from sending emails and is now an urgent issue. Could you please instruct us on how to install a version of cyberduck that is not bound to a donation account?

Thank you, Maeve

You can always lookup your donation key at http://cyberduck.io/donate/ to receive it with the email address registered.

Try to increase the connection timeout if you are having networking latency connectivity issues.
