Steps to recreate bug:

Open Cyberduck and create a connection to Rackspace Cloud Files account.
Create a new folder called "cyberduck" (Cloud Files calls it a container)
Double click on "cyberduck"
Create a new folder within "cyberduck" called "folder1"
Double click on "folder1"
Upload a file from the local computer

The upload file does not show in "folder1".
