Hi, I have been working with rackspace for an hour trying to connect at no avail.

I have a Mac and they have instructions how to use cyberduck via a Mac so I have to believe it all works.

Rackspace said it's not their issue, please offer me resolution.

Please get back to Rackspace Support and let them know that their region has connectivity issues.
