The single region profile for Rackspace cloud files region ORD located here:
https://svn.cyberduck.io/trunk/profiles/Rackspace%20US%20(ORD).cyberduckprofile

Refers to the SYD region currently. Here's an excerpt
Description
Rackspace Cloud Files (US ORD)
...
Region
SYD

So I think line 44 just needs to be changed to ORD
