I recently upgraded to Mac OS X Yosemite, and was checking all my apps for upgrades and noticed there was 4.5.3 for Cyberduck (I prev had 4.5.2), so I upgraded. Since then, files will very often fail to save back to the server. I tried downgrading but still experience the problem (I only use SFTP btw). Please help, I am a web developer who depends almost all day every day on being able to open and save files using cyberduck back to the server, and all of the apps I open files in from cyberduck (I open them in both BBedit and Espresso mainly) exhibit this behavior. The only workaround is to save my files locally, then drag them to the server, which makes my work excruciating since I save every couple of minutes for testing.

Duplicate for #8265. Is there a pattern which for files that do not upload?
