I just upgrade my Cyberduck and after the upgrade all my FTP contacts have disappeared. I am very upset over this problem. It is not easy for me to rebuild them. I will probably have to switch to another FTP client as I cannot trust your software.

Can you check if the the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/Bookmarks is accessible. You may have to use Go to Folder… from the Go menu in Finder.app.
Another cause could be that you have been previously using the version from the Mac App Store and have now downloaded the version from our website. Then you would need to move bookmarks from ~/Library/Containers/ch.sudo.cyberduck/Data/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/Bookmarks to ~/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/Bookmarks. Refer to (https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/faq#Preferencesandapplicationsupportfileslocation).
