No access to files using Cyberduck!

Description

Hi! I sent an e-mail to my host provider Crystone but I actually think this is more your issue because I can get access to my maps and files through FileZilla, but not through Cyberduck. I can also get access to it using my file manager at my host provider (see screenshots).

Set the protocol in the bookmark to FTP (File Transfer Protocol) instead of WebDAV.
