Description

One solution says "You need to double click your bucket application-assets (changes the working directory) first in order to enable the Upload button." HOW AND WHERE to do this please? What does it mean???

WHERE IS THE APPLICATION SUPPORT DIRECTORY? I feel like I am in that movie where more clues keep turning up, but never the actual treasure. Will someone PLEASE give me exact directions, as I am NOT a tech person and can't afford to hire one. PLEASE GIVE STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS, many of us need it. Thanks.
