We use Cyberduck to host images for the majority of our email marketing. We have found over the past few weeks the system has stopped working and each time we try to navigate through our hosting areas or try to upload an image the system crashes. We are not given any explanation to the crash, it agrees to send a report to the owners but the issue is still here.
We have removed all instances of cyberduck from our computers(although the bonjour service which we requested not to be added during installation is visible and won’t let us delete some files) and downloaded the installer again, but each time it is re-installed it picks up our accounts and the issue continues.
Could I please request some help in fixing the issues please? Do you know what it is and how we might go about fixing?
