When attempting to upload content as we've always done, the beach ball just spins and the only way to quit is to Force Quit. The content doesn't upload.

We're using on 4 different Macs, and is the same across them all. It's the paid for version, downloaded via iTunes and we have the latest version of Yosemite (10.10.1) and CyberDuck installed.

We've tried various connections and ftp and sftp is always the same.

Thanks

Dan

Can you try to clear the transfer window from previous transfers. If the Transfers window does not appear, please remove Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/Transfers.

When trying to clear the previous transfers from the transfer window, it just spins.

I've tried locating in Finder, but there's no Cyberduck folder in Library/ApplicationSupport/

Choose Go → Go to Folder… from the Finder to find the Library folder in your user home folder instead of /Library on your hard disk.
