In order to improve usability would be nice to have two more options to set the behavior of the "Current Transfer Window": "Auto close the transfer window on complete transfer" and "Auto clean (purge) previous transfers when all transfers are complete"

See the settings in Cyberduck > Preferences > Transfers. I think the settings you ask for are all there.
