I had created a ticket because I couldn’t find proper info which version to use on my OS.
A moderator answered with a link to a page that I had already visited and which doesn’t give the solution. Then he/she closed the ticket without asking me if the answer was satisfying. So now the "resolution = worksforme" although it doesn’t work for me. Please change your procedure to include the user’s input.

I chose Version 3.2.1 for this ticket because that is the version which the given information suggests would work for my platform&architecture. At least, that is how I read the text; it’s so poorly formulated that I can’t be sure of the meaning.
Anyway, that info is not the subject of this ticket; it’s about the incorrect way to handle tickets.
