HI

I am trying to setup a new FTP account in cyberduck but every time i try to connect it comes up with

"connection failed" "connection refused"
Newtwork diagnostics | cancel | try again

I can connect to my existing bookmarks in cyber duck.

Any ideas of why this wont work??

The error message indicates there is no FTP server running at the address you try to connect to or it is refusing connections. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
