It seems that Cyberduck gets slow when lots of files are in a WebDAV directory. I'm on OS X 10.10, Cyberduck 4.6.5, and have a directory with 650 files. Scrolling, uploading and any other operation is quite slow, with the beachball showing frequently. This happens on two different clients.
