Description

  1. i started a new ticket and I know you got it because I received emails from you about the problem. However, there are no tickets for me on cyberduck.io.
  2. if you're going to make your email responses about tickets "noreply" then please include a link to the ticket so I don't have to go through all of this stuff every time.
  3. I have attached the the preferences file and the crash report
