Not sure how official the conventions are, but if not taken otherwise these suffix mappings would be nice to have:

.mpd -> application/dash+xml (manifests)
.m4s -> video/mp4 (segments, may also be audio/mp4, but the brunt is usually video)

Especially rewriting headers for hundreds of segments can become quite a pain.
