If the following suffix mappings are not taken up by other content-types already, the would be a nice to have for mpeg dash uploads:

.mpd -> application/dash+xml (manifests)
.m4s -> video/mp4 (segments, may also be audio/mp4, but the brunt is usually video)

Especially with hundreds of segments, re-writing headers can be a pain.
