Comes in handy for uploads whose content-types are not automatically detected. The AWS console offers that.

Could probably be considered as duplicate of or similar to #6691 but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Maybe I haven't been clear enough. What I meant by "manually" was not specifying a mapping globally in a preference (that's how I understand #5364), but, ermh, "interactively" in the upload dialogue. One could say for the opposite case where I want to override a default preference, or set a content type for a batch upload on the fly.

For now you will have to use Info → Metadata to set headers after the upload.
