Good Morning,

I am currently trying to upload a H.264 and a AVC .mp4 file into a folder and I get an error message that reads "Access Denied. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance." There is no log information.

Please check the permissions assigned to the IAM user to include write access to S3.
