I have tried several times to upload and provide proper link to clients for accessing wmv files.
I utilize Global Meet by PGI to record, download the MP4 file, convert to wmv and then upload to Cyberduck.
This has been working fine for months but is now resulting in either File Transfer failed OR a wmv file which is not accessible for clients.

Link sent to clients such as
http://www.jslcomplianceservices.com/jslcompl/Bank%20of%20Anywhere/2015-0317_Fair%20Treatment.wmv [not an actual client name]

Please resolve this issue with the assistance of your web hosting service provider. It might be a configuration issue or the files have erroneous access right set.
