When there's tree of directories opened and try to create a file/directory into inner directory of that tree, you'll see the directory/file is created under the most opened base directory.

Recreate process:

1. suppose you're in public_html
2. Open up inner directories public_html > app > abc
3. create a new directory/file new_dir in > abc by right clicking
4. the new file/directory will be created in public_html instead. But I wanted to create in > abc dir instead
