a6c4eae created the issue

I've been using Cyberduck for a while and love it, but recently something has happened and I am not seeing the files being uploaded by our customer. It is imperative that I'm able to retrieve the files on a daily basis. We have trouble shooted as much as we can and have gotten nowhere. Can someone please contact me via phone or screen share to see what's going on? My number is 843.532.8777. If you have a contact number please provide.
