Cannot Connect to Rackspace

A client has given me a user name and API key to connect to his Rackspace files using Cyberduck. I am using Vista.

I have tried several times and several approaches but I do not get anything at all when I try to connect... no indication of success/non success, no indication that user name/password are incorrect. The app attempts to connect briefly and then there is just a blank screen.

I have installed, removed, and reinstalled several times. Any time I try to start I get 2 error messages which indicate MSVCR100.dll was not found. Cyberduck does start regardless, but then does not work to connect to Rackspace.

Can you please give me an idea of what might be wrong?
