connect to amazon S3 bucket
create a new folder 'test'
result is that the folder 'test' is created as desired, but within it there's another folder 'test'

I've done this twice now with different folders, happened both times.

I'm using 4.7 (17432) on windows 8.1. I hadn't noticed this in 4.6 but don't frequently create new folders on S3.
