I'm a new user of Cyberduck 4.7 (Mac) and Amazon S3. I'm having problems getting complete uploads of large files (>5GB) so I think something may be wrong with my settings to get segmented uploads. Uploads start but seem to stop part way through (anywhere from a few hundred MB to several GB before stopping). The Resume/Stop buttons seem unresponsive at this point. I have to close the Transfers window and reopen it, or quit and relaunch Cyberduck to do anything.
I've read the wiki and clicked the links about this, but I'm kind of a novice at all of it, including Amazon, Cyberduck and Terminal use. I'm confused by the wording and notations in the wiki. Do I still have to do something to enable multiple-segments on large file uploads to Amazon, or has this been made automatically enabled now when connected to S3? If something needs to be set could you please spell it out in plain english for me? I just now found the spot in Transfers preferences where you "Open multiple connections," if that has anything to do with it. I have another attempt started
I apologize if this is not the right place to simply ask for private help. I couldn't find a general support link.
