When I uploaded a series of files that were already present on my ftp server, a window pop up to ask if I want to resume, ignore, rename, etc. the following files. That's a brilliant feature, and needed one.

However, the lay out is a bit tricky, because the buttons on the far right will be on the same place that the apple scrolling bar, that appear when scrolling up or down on the trackpad. I enlarged the window, but it was still on the same spot, and it was a bit tricky to check/un-check the different files.
