a4f70d8 created the issue

When you start Cyberduck, you get window at last window's position, but if you press Cmd-N twice you get two overlapping windows at position X=87 px; Y=840 px (with size 603x530 px). In previous Cyberduck versions you get window with the same size and with position X+20 px; Y+20 px – the same behavior as in Finder – Press several times Cmd+N for create several new windows.

It start behaving correctly approx. from Cyberduck Hightbuild 4.8 (17719) – resolved by development.
