Slow transfer

Description

Hello,

We just ran into this issue using cyberduck on 2 different Mac computers. It is not a new install, it has been up and running great for some time now. I updated to latest version in hopes that it would solve the issue, but no luck. We are using an FTP connection for the transfers. Files get transfered a very slow pace, sometimes causing the app to time out. Also, when it does finish, not all files get transfered and we must individually send again what is missing. We verified with our recipient and their connection is doing fine with other transfers. They recommended a "reset" but were unable to explain the process. please advise.

Difficult to assist here as it is possibly an issue with a networking component in either your local network or the server environment. Try if transferring files from a different location works; otherwise blame the service provider.
