At least in my German version, the modification date looks very different, depending on the chosen "Darstellung".
The view "Darstellung>als erweiterte Liste" might even show daytimes in the future ( e.g. "heute 19:01" although it is 9am).
The view in "Darstellung> als Liste" is correct. The views differ in hours as well as minutes (and it is neither the modification date nor the creation date nor the access date).

I cannot see this issue here. Please update to the latest snapshot build available and post a screenshot that shows the issue including the settings from System Preferences → Language & Region.

Ok, changed my update preference to snapshots and build Version 4.7.1 (17845) works perfect. The official Version 4.7. didn't was different.
