Bonjour.
J'ai un serveur minecraft qui dispose d'un accès FTP. Or en voulant supprimer un des dossiers plugins, CyberDuck me dit :

**Impossible de supprimer le fichier PermissionsEx.**
550 /plugins/PermissionsEx: Le dossier n'est pas vide. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

Que dois-je faire pour pouvoir supprimer ce fichier ?

J'ai remarqué que mon ticket a été fermé sans avoir reçu de réponse à mon problème. Est-ce possible d'en recevoir une ?

Please update to the latest version of Cyberduck and send the send the transcript from the log drawer (⌘-L) to your hosting service provider for assistance.
