Still can't get registration key to work

My registration key is not recognized. This is what you told me to do: #8936

"Comment:

 Make sure the donation key file is not modified when saving it from your
 email application.
  * If you are using a webmail provider, try using a different browser or
 email client application to access your mail.
  * Contact your hosting service provider how to download attachments.
  * Forward the mail to a different mail account where you possibly don’t
 have an issue downloading attachments."

I don't have trouble downloading attachments, but I've done those things and my Cyberduck still shows up as unregistered and does not work. I am very frustrated and would like this resolved or a refund of my donation and I'll look elsewhere.
