Description

Hi there

Cyberduck 4.3.1 keeps crashing performing normal operations. We can't upgrade it because the new version does not support the way we log into Rackspace cloud storage.

Attached is the crash report and log from windows event viewer.

Please can you help.

I have uninstalled cyberduck few times, deleted registry entries, used uninstall applications like Revo to completely remove it and install it back, however, the new install works well sometimes for few days and sometimes for few weeks but then goes back to crashing. Thanks

We do not provide support for previous versions. Make sure to upgrade to the latest release. Reopen if this ticket if the issue persists with version 4.7.1. Please open a new ticket for the login issue with Rackspace Cloudfiles.
