why is this closed. I didn't get an answer. I have put in the username and password and it wasn't accepted. I have no idea what to dIf cyberduck isn't going to work for my ftp then I need refund.

It is now 4 a.m. I have been trying to connect to cyberduck with assistance from hostgator, we were unable to do this. Please refund my money. Thanks
