As a Mac Systems Engineer / Admin, when I found out I can access Box.com (WebDAV) via CyberDuck, I was greatly pleased.

And then I found out I can sync from a local drive (upload), in this case. working great for our JAMF Casper Distribution Points.

Can one Schedule a Sync?, I don't see this.

This is the thing I am looking for? If not, might it come at some point, or I suppose I could use another app like Lingon, etc.

Please try Cyberduck CLI which allows you write a script and schedule it with your preferred method such as cron.
