anonymous created the issue

The download speed when resuming is not correct at all. I had downloaded previously 500 megs of a file, and after that I closed and resumed that download. I know my network, it'll only give me a max 600 kb/s, its a wi-fi, but the software said it was going at 32 mb/s, which allthough I'd like it, it's not possible. It is as if the computer assumed that the 500 megs previously downloaded in other previous session where just downloaded when I clicked to resume.
