So I had my files on an FTP server. I opened up Cyberduck and connected to said FTP server. I then choose File > Synchronize and Cyberduck starts a proces. After completion it seems like it has synced with the FTP server, but in fact all the files are now empty - no code lines, both on the FTP and on my computer. How can this be possible?
