Hi,

I want to upload a big file to SoftLayer and am unable to get connectivity using Cyberduck. I am very sure about my credentials. When I provide the https URL of my storage server and try to login, put in the correct API key, i get 401 unauthorized error. How can I resolve it?

I have Version 4.7.2 (18004) and I tried specifying Swift (Openstack storage type) and Rackspace cloud files type. But no help.

Thanks.

From the screenshot and your description it looks like you are attempting to login using the correct credentials.

Make sure to download the Connection Profile for Softlayer. The OpenStack connection type in Cyberduck defaults to Keystone (2.0) authentication whereas Softlayer only supports legacy (1.0) authentication which is configured in the profile.
