I purchased Cyberduck from the Apple App Store and can not get it to install. I can download it and run it but my Apple Purchased account says it is installing and hangs. I tried Install from the Cyber duck page link from Apple Store and it says installing but it doesn't. I have shut off my security and still no go. The Order ID is MHQD59H75Z and Document NO. 114109528104. Please advise as why this is not installing. Regards Grainger

Must be an issue with the App Store installer. Try to remove all versions of you can find with Spotlight and restart your computer and reopen the Mac App Store. The restart will make sure the background installer application is restarted, too. If that still does not help please contact Mac App Store Support.
