Cyberduck Mountain Duck CLI

#9056 closed enhancement (fixed)

Search in browser should have timer set

Reported by: lacek Owned by: dkocher
Priority: low Milestone: 4.8
Component: interface Version: 4.7.2
Severity: minor Keywords:
Cc: Architecture: Intel
Platform: Mac OS X 10.11

Description

When opening a directory with a large number of entries (such as /people or /home on a big cluster), the search field is convenient to find one's home directory. However if I type "user" in the search field what happens is that a) first program lags finding all files beginning with u b) then second lag for looking for "us" ...

I guess that search should be invoked say 0.2 sec after the text has been entered into the text field.

PS the "Platform field" does not contain Mac OS X 10.11 option
