Description

I have been using Cyberduck for about 4 years and it has worked GREAT until last week. all of a sudden I could not upload an excel file nor download. It was showing "unregistered". I registered. I paid (didn't realize it was a "free") I am now registered, but STILL CAN NOT upload. What do I do now?

Please post the transcript from the log drawer of the Transfers window. Choose ⌘-L on Mac or right-click the toolbar from the Transfers window and choose Log on Windows. Please also contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
