17a48ec created the issue

I have a file File.txt on the remote server. I have a file File.txt on my local computer. I download the File.txt from the server to my local computer and I choose to overwrite the local file (from the prompt). Instead of overwriting it it deletes the local file.

I'm using the latest version 4.8 (18404).
