Description (last modified by dkocher)
Hello,
Since a few days I use Cyberduck on a Mac to connect to a WebDAV server. It works perfectly. The only issue I have is that I cannot download .indd (InDesign) files. To troubleshoot the issue I downloaded .indd files with a WebDAV connection from Windows itself, that works fine. Then I installed Cyberduck in the same Windows, and with Cyberduck in Windows I can also not download the .indd files. I get the error:
Download failed. Not Found. Please contact your webhosting service provider for assistance.
The work-around for this issue is that I rename the .indd extension to .txt, but this is alot of work since I have to download alot of those files, edit and upload them back to the server.
I turned on logging but theres no log created when I try to download the .indd files. I also searched on the forum and google and I cannot find a solution to this issue. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Riset

Please post the transcript from the log drawer of the Transfers window. Choose ⌘-L on Mac or right-click the toolbar from the Transfers window and choose Log on Windows.

Replying to Riset:
You mean that I really have to contact my webhosting service provider? As you can read the issue is only there with Cyberduck and not with other programs, it seems to be a client side issue and not server side. I read that this issue is also with Cyberduck and Autocad files. Is there any solutions known about that?
Most possibly this is a server issue. But we might better understand the issue if you can paste the transcript.

This is the log created when I connect the server and go to the right folder. When I try to download the .indd file, no log output is created.

Sorry for that, this should be the right transfer log:

Thanks for the transcript. Does it make a difference when the filename has no whitespace? For example please try to rename C Achter het scherm_Kaas pag 32en33.indd to C_Achter_het_scherm_Kaas_pag_32en33.indd.

Thank you for your fast respond. I tried with no whitespaces, but the same thing happens again.

Would it be possible that you still contact your webhosting service provider for assistance. We can see no reason why the server responds with a 404 for a file previously included in its PROPFIND response. The provider will most possibly need to request second level assistance from Microsoft. I will close this issue until you can provide feedback from the provider.
You mean that I really have to contact my webhosting service provider? As you can read the issue is only there with Cyberduck and not with other programs, it seems to be a client side issue and not server side. I read that this issue is also with Cyberduck and Autocad files. Is there any solutions known about that?
