Hello, I was copying a file from my web to my computer, to make some changes on it, so I drag it and drop it to my desktop, but nothing happen. So I tried by copying and paste it. The trasnfer window show an error: "transfer incomplete, because the file doesn`t exist" so I refreshed it, and the file was gone. It was not in my ftp account, and neither on my computer. And even worst, other files where missing too. Please, do you have any idea what could have happened? Pleas help me.
