2721b83 created the issue

Support for S3 IA was added recently so you can select it from right clicking on the file, but the option to make it the default storage class in the Preferences panel is missing. It still only shows "Regular Amazon S3 Storage" and "Reduced Redundancy Storage (RRS)"
