Newly registered user, can't see a ticket similar, so apologies if I've misunderstood. Cyberduck 4.7.3 repeatably crashes when I try to copy a remote FTP site to my local OS X system disk: Connect to remote FTP site (can browse it OK), no SSH. Chose Action/Synchronize & select an empty local folder. Cyberduck warns the connection is insecure (which is true). Dialog for 'Download' appears, remote root folder is ticked (0kB size is indicated, although there is content on the site). If I open the 'flippy triangle' I see lots of 'apply download filter' & spinning status indicator. If I then hit 'Continue' the transfer gets to 'Prepare' & then Cyberduck set faults. I've allowed it to send you several crash logs.

My system is OS X 10.11.1, reasonably standard build, no Java installed. I've the latest Xcode installed but I've very little experience of developing on a Mac (years of professional Windows dev, in case that helps).
Regards.

Just found if I log in, select all, do 'get info' & then calculate size, it seem to not crash, & begin site download. I see data coming in over my network connection, however no files appearing in my download selected folder. The DL stops after a while with an 500 Unknown Command (this may be an issue with the site?). I have a dialog with cancel/continue. Continue appears to begin the D/L again from the start, where runs for several MB & then encounters the 500 error again. No files downloaded.

Also, I can't seem to make the 'stop' button do anything. So apart from quitting Cyberduck, I can't break out of this cycle to examine the site.

Please attach the crash reports and the transcript from the log drawer of the Transfers window. Choose ⌘-L on Mac.
