Cannot connect to site

Hello, We cannot connect to a site via Cyberduck. We're attempting to make a WebDAV connection on a DSL machine. We have been successful connecting from our regular networked machines, just not from DSL computers. We don't get an error message or anything, the screen just stays blank and we cannot see the expected file structure. I can provide screen shots if necessary. I'm hoping its a configuration issue.
