Cannot open connection with correct login info

I have tried to follow your recommendations before contacting you and requesting help. I am desperate to have access to my files. I have so many files, hours and hours of design work, uploaded to your servers and I cannot get to them. It has been awhile since I tried to log in last because I became very, very ill for an extended period of time but I don't have any emails stating that I was about to run out of time or anything like that. I have tried using all of the info that I used repeatedly before but it doesn't recognize the password. I know I didn't change it. Please, please help me. I feel sick thinking I can't access all of those files ever again. They were a source of livelihood for me and for most of them, it will not be possible to duplicate. Included in that is a family tree with precious info and pictures that I can't replace! The family tree is something I wanted to update and give to my grandparents for Christmas.
