We have been experiencing issues using Cyberduck to access our server where we have not previously experienced issues.

The problem is that when attempting to access the server via Cyberduck to update files for our customer portal for Oracle Service Cloud so we have received the following error message:

-Unauthorised. Please contact your web hosting provider for assistance.*

I have attached screen prints including the error message and connection attempt.

Try to use /dav as the default path. If that does not work. please contact your web hosting provider for assistance.
