File upload failing

Hi, I am using duck to transfer files to a rados gateway. It keeps restarting the transfer process and never finishes and i can see the below error message for some files.

Upload filename failed. Forbidden. Service Error Message. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

The files are several TB in total.

Any help in solving this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Can you run with the verbose flag -v and post the output here which will include the HTTP transcript.

Can you forward this support request to the gateway software vendor. I see no reason why this particular PUT is rejected with 403 whereas other uploads run fine. Please reopen this ticket if you have new findings.
