crashes on opening over and over #9239

Hi. Cyberduck was working great for a while but now it is crashing every time I open it. There was something in my que that maybe had too many characters that was causing it. I uinstalled Cyberduck and re-installed it but the item in my que was somehow still there with the clean install, causing the issue to keep happening. How can I uninstall Cyberduck from my system, absolutely completely, so that I can go forward with a brand new clean install in order to keep using it? Are there still files in the registry that I have to somehow get rid of? I would need directions because I'm not that advanced a computer user.

Please be as detailed as possible because I don't really know what I am doing, and thank you.

There are two additional folders you need to remove:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Cyberduck
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\iterate_GmbH
